Orders & Commissions

You can order any piece of jewelry that is available in my Etsy shop.
Contact me if you would like to make a custom order (I make necklaces, pendants, bracelets, earrings, brooches, hear pieces).

If you have an idea of your own, contact me and I will make a piece of jewelry according to your wishes, of course, if it's within my abilities.

In case you like a piece of jewelry that is no longer available in my shop, feel free to contact me and I will make you something similar.

Please take in consideration that I never duplicate my designs. I can, however, make something similar to the original project you are interested in. I always make sure both designs are clearly different.

Preparing materials and making jewelry usually takes 1-3 weeks. You will be informed about the progress of my work via e-mail.

If you need items by a certain date, please contact me for more information.

I will also ask you to pay 1/2 of the estimated final price in advance. Final price will depend on the amount of used material, which is sometimes hard to estimate for more complex pieces.

In case of larger commissions I will design and make a small gift for you...

Payment

I except Paypal.

If for some reason you find yourself unable to pay for an item, please just let me know so I can cancel the transaction. I understand that sometimes things just come up.

Shipping/Delivery

Items will be delivered after I receive a notification that your payment has been confirmed.

All jewelry is shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Items are shipped in a protected flat envelope, packaged in an organza pouch or decorated box.
I’ll notify you as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping costs are specified for each item.

Delivery times will vary, according to the addressee’s destination.
Please allow 7-14 business days for European destinations and 7-30 business days for other destinations.
Please note that these delivery times are estimated.

Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, or receiving fees incurred.
Buyers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from Croatia.

Warranty & Returns

I accept claims for returns of ordered products. Please e-mail me within 7 days after receiving your order so we can arrange for a refund. The products must be safely packed in the original box and returned in same condition as they were received.

All return shipping fees will be borne by the customer.

After I receive the product, I’ll issue a refund.

Jewelry offered in my shop is totally handcrafted. The technique I use makes the pieces more delicate than most industrially made jewelry.


While I try to show all the details of my jewelry in the photographs, sometimes it happens that the perception of the photo differs from a perception of jewelry you see in person, especially because of the screen settings which can result with a different hue.

I always strive for perfection in process of making my jewelry. However, if you’re unhappy with the product you have received, please contact me and I’ll be happy to stand by my promise of quality.

The conditions of return are: sending jewelry that was not worn, placing it in the original box and enclosing the receipt or invoice. We do not accept COD returns. The money return is always done on your bank account/credit card.

Amorfia unique jewelry is committed to protecting your privacy. Absolutely all of your information (including e-mail address) is kept strictly confidential. I use the private information, such as your billing, shipping and e-mail addresses, to process and keep you informed of your order.
I value your online privacy as much as you do and will never sell, rent or give any of my customer's information to other parties.
